A practically faceless look post…

Hello Lovelies

So the selfie ban still ensues (I might lift the ban in the future but for now I’m still a little freaked out). Hence the title of this post.

A month of fasting culminated earlier this week and yes with that comes the celebratory Eid festivities. We dress up in some of our finest attire and that usually means buying new clothes. I should actually say hunting for new clothes as this year shopping was quite difficult with the end of season sales not having anything worth while and the new collections aren’t suitable for the current weather.

I bought embossed velvet tights which I was really eager to wear so my mind was stuck on finding something to go with it. I finally found this golden beauty at Trenery (Woolworths) but with the price tag it wasn’t an instantaneous purchase. I deliberated a bit until my parents were about to drag me out of the mall! I love the fact that it has a shimmer but it isn’t too OTT that you can’t wear it during the day, it’s actually a very muted gold. Black and gold has always been one of my favourite colour combos , and I had accessories that matched perfectly so yes I was quite chuffed with the outcome.

Metallics are huge at the moment and they will also transition into Spring and I can see myself wearing this shirt often (Thinking of pairing it with boyfriend jeans and flats already)…

Yes I’m basically headless in my photos but well I hope that isn’t too freaky 😉

Shirt- Trenery
Leggings- Purchased from a factory outlet (but they are LTD from Truworths)
Heels- Studio W at Woolworths
Neck piece- Zara
Clutch- Ziba Styles

Here’s too back to blogging in August I have a few posts milling about my mind so keep reading.

It is so freaky when people impersonate others. Very sad too but you shouldn’t let that deter you from your path. If you enjoy selfies then why not and for blog work maybe add a watermark.
