Top 3 of the Week…

Hello Lovelies

Compiling my top 3 of the week has become a Sunday morning ritual… So here’s my top 3 (coming to you straight from le bed and blanket)…

Fashionista Of the Week
Laiqah is a blogger but also a mum so she wears stylish yet comfortable clothing. I love this particular ensemble as she’s sporting two of my favourites for this season- cut out boots and a slogan T-shirt. She also custom made the T-shirt as she couldn’t find one and I admire her creativity. Check out her blog at Lucky-Loves

Must Have fashion item if the Week
To be honest I haven’t seen any particular trend that I’m coveting at the moment. I came across these Chanel flats on Instagram and they are more of a lust have than a must have. Flat pumps neutral tones are season-less and extremely versatile. So invest in a good quality pair (yes Chanel isn’t budget friendly but One day right)…

Must Have Beauty item of the Week
Okay so I kind of tortured my last month by adding highlights. My hair is a little dryer than usual it could also be the weather though , so I have been taking extra care of my locks. A firm favourite of mine is the Body Shop Rain Forest Radiance Hair Butter. I did review this product last year (here). This intensive treatment is cost effective as rival products are double the price and produce the same results. Instead of using it once a week I use it twice a week now and after I dry my hair it is silky soft. It retails at about a R100. I suggest giving it a try and there are variants for normal and colour treated hair.

I usually just put coconut oil in my hair and leave it over night when I need a hair mask. Yes when I need one haha, I don’t treat my hair every week – not sure if that’s good or bad but my hair seems ok 😉 Might give the hair butter a go seeing as it’s very inexpensive as well.
