Sole’ Salon and Spa Review

Hello Lovelies

I’m such a drama queen when it comes to my hair and once I get used to a salon and a hair dresser you can guarantee I would be a loyal client. Haven’t had luck in the hair dresser department though, because two amazing stylists left my regular salon. With the advice from one of them I tried out Sole’ Salon and Spa in Victoria Road, Pietermaritzburg, today. Many of you who live in Pietermaritzburg know that we aren’t exactly spoilt for choice when it comes to salons, but I was impressed with Sole’ .

I got my hair cut by Master Stylist and owner Malcolm Smith as he came highly recommended by my ex stylist. Malcolm and his staff are very friendly and make the client feel like the most important person there. What I liked the most was that Malcolm explained to me exactly what he was going to do and the end result was to the t. Being a first time customer I was treated like a regular, without being questioned as to who my previous stylists were etc. Which to me makes Malcolm highly professional.

Sole’ has two branches, a smaller one at the Liberty Midlands Mall, with the Victoria Road one being the main branch. The main branch also has an in house spa, what better way than to get hair and beauty done in one place.

A few other perks are that they offer R99 treatments from Monday-Thursday. A budget friendly option, yet you get treatments done at an accredited salon.

There are also loyalty programs where you pay a monthly fee to be either a Gold or Platinum member and you can enjoy discounted rates every month. Treatments on offer range from blow waves to facials. Real value.

I know I’m definitely going back…
